WEEK IN REVIEW IV (Aug. 26 - Sept. 1, 2007)

I've heard rumblings about Demopublic stepping down as Independent Leader, which is a shame. The Independents still can't catch a break. I think it was RSobien who said the Independents don't need a leader, they need someone who gives them the best chance of winning, who makes sure their interests are protected, and who will fight rigorously to gain them exposure and their rightful place alongside the Republicans and Democrats. Demopublic certainly was someone I deemed able to do exactly this. This isn't gladhanding, this comes from working with her, knowing of her abilites.

BigDaddy has apparently declared himself Independent and is seeking the Indyleader position. I know the Independents aren't nearly as stupid as the Hard Right, especially BigDaddy, makes them out to be. To have a candidate change parties two days before party leadership elections occur so he can run is certainly his entitlement, just as it's his entitlement to lose horribly.

My biggest complaint about Hillary Clinton is that she's a carpetbagger. She saw Patrick Moynihan seeking to retire from his Senate seat in New York, so she jumped to establish residency there, accept Moynihan's endorsement, and sail to a victory. I would have a very tough time ever voting for her because of this. She is an opportunist.

I wasn't a big Barack Obama supporter in 2004, but I was very opinionated when it came to the Republicans putting up Alan Keyes, from Maryland, to run for the US Senate seat in Illinois. Where these candidates stood, at that time, I really didn't care. The fact that the NRC thought so little of Illinois Republicans that they needed to go outside the state to find a Republican--a BLACK Republican at that, wanting to balance out Obama's skin color--was gross enough. But the audacity that they would think the voters of Illinois would vote against their local interests for the sake of party victory was basically calling them stupid. Keyes was trounced, and I was happy that Illinois said NO to carpetbagging.

The Independents will do the same, because they're not nearly as stupid as BigDaddy and the Hard Right think they are.

I don't think Independents should vote for just anyone to keep BigDaddy out. They should talk amongst themselves and come up with a degree of solidarity on this one, before the election happens. They should pick someone who has been with the "party" (it's still frustrating calling Independents a party, but that's U4Prez, what can you do?) for a good long while. I don't think anyone had a real problem with TheWiz being the interim party leader or Demopublic winning the election, they'd both come from different parties months before taking the helm. They worked with Independents. They rose through the ranks. They defined for themselves what it was to be an Independent, and they could do so because they had the experience of being so.

BigDaddy is an opportunist who hopes the loudest and most obnoxious voice will win. Never mind that he believes Independents like CoryF and Icababe and RSobien are too stupid to run a party they've been a party of since last spring. Never mind his lone reputation is to be the rabid bloodhound the Hard Right loves to unleash and tear into their opponents. Never mind that he champions the two-party system and will do so with his very last breath. Let's forget for a moment that he has no experience as an Independent in the first place, yet has the gall to think he can tell other Independents what to think and campaign on.

The real problem with BigDaddy is that he deeply trusts in the stupidity of the Independents, that he will be voted in, even though he is against everything Independents stand for.

Prove him wrong!

I get notes once in a while from candidates who want me to return to U4Prez as a candidate. They see the grayness that clouds the sky therein, they remember better days, they know there are problems at U4Prez, and they ask me if this is just a game I'm playing. Even Kempite and Mduminiak, that Gruesome Twosome, even the Hard Right and all their satellite candidates, they want me back so they can come after me with renewed zeal, to prove I was a fraud, a loser, a weakling who could talk tough but could not take the heat when it really came to it.

There is currently a petition, started by Maditude, to get me to come back to U4Prez. You can find it at http://www.petitiononline.com/mad90107/petition.html.

Let me speak on this before I answer about me coming back. I underestimated my influence on U4Prez. As I left in early August, I knew I was a contender, or at least as much of a contender that the fix would allow for. My physical pull on U4Prez was felt when I write my first two articles on this blog, leading to the demotion of Eric Gurr to moderator, lending instant credibility to the accusations of favoritism that many have thought of and confided in me, but would never say out loud. I honestly thought the blog would burn itself out, but there were more readers this week than ever. I was even counting on the Hard Right ignoring this blog altogether, believing what I was telling was just a bunch of mean-spirited lies. Quite the contrary, they still can't keep my name out of their mouths, whether it's in their talk shows, in their browbeatings they consider debate on U4Prez itself, in comments on this blog, in a growing amount of videos, or in recorded pillow talk on a couch in some hotel in Western Pennsylvania. Some like me, others dislike me, but one thing is for sure, no one can shut up about me.

This petition breaks my heart, because I don't deserve this level of respect and even love. I am a disgruntled former candidate who doesn't know enough to leave. I have waged a war with elements of what I refer to as the Hard Right since the day I came here. I've been known for my temper as much as for my ideas, for my sarcasm as much as for my humor, and for my lack of morality as much as for my abundance of enthusiasm.

The petition tells me you get it, that what I'm doing is not just me playing psychobitch, yelling my head off in the wilderness. Whether it gets five for five hundred signatures, that's not important to me. What matters to me is that you get the point.

I don't want to tell you such things are wasted.

But I need to stick to my guns on this. It's been six weeks, and you still can't delete a fucking photo? Gurr allegedly spent $25,ooo on a new votecount program, which I believe is throwing money at a problem that could have been solved with ethics instead of cash. I really don't know if the fix is still in, if Gurr as a moderator can still pull things the way he wishes to. He tried to cash his lottery ticket in way too soon, he wanted this to be a reality TV show, and who knows, it might be. But he saw this too much as his meal ticket and not enough as what it's professed to be--a microcosm of democracy. If elections here are more suspect than they are in Iraq, how in the world can anyone boast about the democracy we enjoy here? No one thinks the system for vote counts is kosher, at best I hear candidates saying it has flaws but whatever, at worst you have me screaming bloody murder.

This isn't a personal feud between me and Eric Freakin Gurr. This whole war is about what U4Prez stands for. If the candidates want to settle for mediocrity, where partisan gangs from both the right and left play their little freeper games like they do on every other message board on the Internet, where elections can't be trusted and some don't really care, you will get the U4Prez you deserve. But if you want U4Prez to return to its former glory, if you want the shadow of doubt to be removed from elections, if you want candidates to be able to prosper instead of fear the hooligans, if you want the place to grow instead of reading every other day about another popular candidate quitting, then you're going to have to fight for it.

Some say freedom isn't free, and I agree. It's priceless! And we need to return to the idea of U4Prez being a working democracy in and of itself. The vote count system needs to be transparent and consistent, not whatever the mods want to make it into. It should be deemed as the most precious and flawless jewel is the collection. It should be sacred, untainted, and on display for all to witness how it works.

I will not seek to be reinstated at U4Prez until after the general election. This election cycle has become far too polluted. The petition, though, will be very helpful in getting me back to U4Prez thereafter, and I would like to try again in 2008. If the signees can get the powers that be to agree with it, I would love to come back, most likely in December 2007, and try for the 2008 presidency.

Upon such reinstatement, I would call on President Kempite (or whoever else wins the presidency, I don't see how my argument on the fix could ever change) to call on all previous party leaders and primary winners to convene and author a U4Prez Constitution, whereby the candidates agree on the basic functions of U4Prez, instead of letting the moderators just do whatever they like. Such a move would give the candidates more power than the moderators. The candidates are what U4Prez is about, not Eric Gurr, and not the moderators. We should lay out our own voting system, and educate the moderators on how we want it implimented, not the other way around. From the general election in early November to January 1, 2008, there should be enough time to put together such a Constitution and have it ratified. Such a thing, however, cannot be discussed until we have a President. Hence, the President should be someone who can actually preside, not just the most popular, not the one who can browbeat his opponents the best or call names the best. The President will have real responsibility to U4Prez, and how he handles this responsiblity will determine if he will be re-elected. I don't recommend a detailed and broad governmental infrastructure, but I would recommend we all start thinking about what a President here really does, if he needs a Vice President or cabinet heads. All such suggestions should pertain to the functioning of U4Prez. In essence, after the general election, we should take the time to solve the problems of U4Prez OURSELVES, and not leave it to the moderators. We will establish what powers the president has and doesn't have.

But that's way down the road. Just stick that thought in your pocket for the time being. I would like to be part of such a Convention, if reinstated after the general election.

However, I will never turn down a write-in vote, and at this year's general election, if the parties produce three nominees you simply cannot stomach, I would be honored if you were to vote for me. I still hold a torch for the Independents, but there are plenty of candidates from all parties that I would love to assist and endorse. At the end of the day, however, if the process produces three nominees you cannot support, like I always say, don't vote for the lesser of two evils, or in this case, possibly three evils. I would welcome you throwing your vote away by voting for and thinking of me.

Until then, I will continue to do what I've been doing, namely, fighting the good fight against the forces of evil, and having fun doing it. I will continue to hold the moderators' feet to the fire. I will report the goings-on at U4Prez as I see them occurring, and I invite your input, critical or complimentary. Together, we can make U4Prez into whatever we want it to be. We can be limited only by our creativity, or we can be weighed down by boundaries of our own pettiness. We can fight for a sincere infrastructure, or we can be apathetic and let it continue to crumble.

And don't vote for BigDaddy, he's a carpetbagger and a jerk.

New Republican Leadership

Let me make this perfectly clear. The U4Prez GOP is NOT the Hard Right, and the Hard Right is NOT the U4Prez GOP. The Hard Right is a subset of the most pugnacious, mean-spirited, thuggish elements within the U4Prez world. There are about six within the center of this cabal, along with maybe a dozen others who circulate around the center. Twelve electrons assisting their buddies in the nucleus. A neat little ionized carbon-12 atom. How quaint.

They are an element, a radioactive substance within the GOP. They are not the GOP itself.

And I think it's time we start to separate the toxic waste from the rest of the party, for the party's sake. It's time to stop thinking the Hard Right runs the Republican Party, let alone the whole of U4Prez.

For as much as the Heir-to-the-Presidency Kempite and his monkeyboy Mduminiak seem to dominate the party and do nothing for it except use it as a vehicle for their own expression, believe it or not, there are other Republicans out there. Strange, there are Republicans who are NOT part of the Hard Right, who are NOT among the satellites revolving around the Gruesome Twosome, and whose lips are NOT chapped from kissing their well-fed asses for months on end.

Yes, I said it. Iron Lady is an asskisser. Roguejew, asskisser. Hawk, asskisser. BigDaddy, BIGTIME asskisser. The entire Liberty Caucus is little more than a ten-member glory hole the Big Two use constantly to pleasure themselves, and since the ascendency of Mduminiak to party leader, they've tried to use the entire Republican Party the same way.

Is it any wonder why you had big-name Republicans shouting furiously when Mduminiak set up his version of Kempite's Liberty Caucus and called it the Steering Committee? Was it any wonder they suffered defections? Cramming 700 Republicans into one box is a risky proposition to begin with, but to have them all serve at the behest of Mduminiak, without question, I can't see there being anything BUT rebellion.

So now these two want to play clean. They waged war against Olivia, got spanked over and over, and now want to convince you all they had nothing to do with it. They would have you believe they are above the petty bullying Olivia allegedly plays, yet do nothing to reel in their own bloodhounds. On one hand, they tell you Olivia is a nobody and her blog has no merit, and yet they somehow manage to post on this blog and make videos about it. They call me obsessed, yet MDuminiak is now up to FOURTEEN videos on me, including a 67-minute diatribe on who they call a crackwhore. It's a good thing these goons are two-faced, it's tough trying to convince the public of two opposing ideas at once. Saying two different things out of the same mouth is tough.

George Orwell called that doublethink.

If you're tired of these hooligans and their satellites running the show, if you're tired of them saying one thing and then doing the opposite, if you're tired of having watched them for months berate other candidates and continue to wage war on a candidate who resigned THREE WEEKS AGO, yet come back and tell you they're squeaky clean, I must remind you, candidates at U4Prez, you have the ultimate power. It's a foregone conclusion that Kempite will be coronated in November, but you can make him a very unpopular appointee. No one is putting a gun to your head and making you talk to these thugs. No one is putting a knife to your children's throats and saying, vote for Hawk or the kid dies.

Well, maybe they are, I wouldn't put it past the Hard Right to slit a child's throat.

Believe it or not, despite their domination of the GOP, there are some very qualified candidates within the Republican Party. They are not part of the toxic waste the Hard Right offers. They are opinionated, learned candidates, who do not need to browbeat perceived opposition to get a point across. They don't get themselves involved in this grand game of GOTCHA the minions at the Hard Right play. They don't protect their buddies, come hell or high water. They are not blindly loyal. They seek broadbased support for who they are, not for what posse they roll with. They are serious, intelligent, charming individuals who deserve your attention. It is they who should be able to rise to the top of the Republican ranking, who should be up for run-off positions, and who should be the talk of the GOP. Instead of crying about what Olivia says, they remain focused. Instead of playing partisan bullshit games and engaging in liberal-bashing, they know the real merit is in perfecting their own platforms and selling them in the marketplace of ideas that U4Prez used to be.

It can be that again, folks. Kick the Hard Right to the curb. It's as simple as that.

That's all well and good, Olivia, but just who are you referring to when you talk about these alternative Republicans? Copulate and HAK? They're in your corner, of course you're going to prop them up. Anyone else?

Well, let's just think out loud.

Hedrick? He sold his soul to BigDaddy a while back, he's definitely a Hard Right satellite.

Friday? He's part of that Steering Committee, and while he does represent himself in a professional and eloquent manner, he was very defensive when the GOP was under attack when Mduminiak put the Politburo--I mean, Steering Committee--together, so I have to believe his stance is more geared for party loyalty than individual liberty, protecting the cat who gave him his elite position instead of promoting conservative ethics.

Goffdale? I really like Goffdale--and mind you, I like a lot of Republicans personally, but this article is not about who makes me giggle, it's about who in the GOP is part of the Hard Right, and who is a bona fide alternative to the Republican thugs--but he is also a member of the Steering Committee and was also defending Mduminiak, deflecting criticism instead of engaging in honest debate. Although he might be the most amiable among the SC appointees, he's still protecting his buddy instead of telling it like it is.

Smashey? I REALLY like Smashey. But he's been suckered into this little war. Probably the classiest and most diplomatic rightwinger in the Liberty Caucus, he has been in the awkward position of having to defend Kempite's practices, Hawk's crude grunts, and the LC's aura of elitism and their flawed mission statement. I feel bad for him, along with the liberal members of the LC, being just a rubberstamp, having to defend the LC and their Hard Right elements.

Mikep1990? When everything happened concerning MejicoJohn on the Fifth of July, MikeP came up to me and told me he really respected what I had done, standing up for him. He didn't engage in bickering with me while I was trying to assist John, he wasn't trying to kick my shins out from under me like Musicman and IronLady and BigDaddy were. He appreciated the effort.

Musicman? I tried for the longest time to befriend him, but in the end, I have to call it like I see it. Music is a Hard Right satellite. I don't mind conservatives talking about conservatism, that's great. He was the first to take himself off the Antipartisan Pledge, allegedly because he has a problem with my tactics. While he has a problem with my tactics, he has no problem whatsoever with his Hard Right buddies doing the very same thing. Musicman believed fighting fire with fire was wrong, and few candidates frustrated me more than him over this. I still swear it, I still swear on that Pledge, and any angry words I said were never out of partisan gameplaying. Musicman merely repeated the Hard Right talking point that because I was aggressively pointing out the partisan crap in one of his buddies' statements, I must be partisan as well. His inability to think for himself, his willingness to blindly follow whatever the Hard Right says, proves to me he is one of those satellite candidates I was talking about, not really interested in much except to protect his Hard Right buddies against the onslaught of mean ol' Olivia. For the longest time I called him a pussy because he loved to poke at me, and when I made my position clear, he'd call that badgering and run to his buddies for help.

Ghost? Musicman's shadow, and pretty much everything I said about Music can go for him.

Nickgold? A very affable fellow, I just think he's too cozy with his buddies on the Hard Right. As such, he enjoys the perks of such an association, like membership on the Steering Committee. He's not nearly as blunt as Hawk or RogueJew in terms of stating his dislike for liberals, he's a little more sly about it. He's not a Hard Right goon, as I don't see him go after anyone with real aggression, just an occasional smarmy comment about the left, and that's it.

RightWay79? This is one of those candidates who will chat with you all day, really let you develop your argument, and even feed you questions to keep you going. I adore the chats I had with him, and maybe it's because we look at a situation differently that I appreciated his disagreement. I've never seen him defend the Hard Right, never seen him jump on a grenade to defend the goons. He deserves a modicum of respect and honor, and though he is a member of the Steering Committee, he deserves being noticed.

Jimmycart? For a while, I honestly thought Jimmy was Kempite himself. I appreciate conservatism, but here was a kid who seemed to follow Kempite around, backing him up, even when attacking Olivia. While Kempite would make an insulting crack, Jimmy would play innocent and say PROSTITUTES ARE BAD, YOU'RE AN EVIL LADY. Since then, Jimmy has emerged in his own right, creating his own videos, projecting his own personna. I don't see him having the same enthusiasm Tony4Prez or CHASE have, but he is certainly intelligent enough. He's young, and I hope he takes U4Prez as a place to hone his debating skills, not merely to bash liberals. Being a satellite of the Hard Right, though, I doubt Hawk and Mduminiak are the kind of role models someone seeking something other than partisan bullshit needs.

There's ten Republicans, some I spoke well of, some negative, but all with a degree of honesty. And while I try not to finger someone as guilty by association, there is something to be said about the company a candidate keeps. I adore RightWay79, and he deserves to be in a position where he can make a difference at U4Prez, and I truly don't want to always point out his position on the Steering Committee as evidence of being part of the Hard Right, but he does keep himself in close proximity to those Hard Right elements. I encourage you to look upon these Republicans, using your own discretion.

As for who I believe would be the best President out of the U4Prez GOP, I have two in mind.

Efferiss and TyroneCarr.

Efferiss has been here awhile and has built himself a reputation for class and thoughtfulness. He loves a spirited debate, but does not engage in direct fisticuffs with others. I've heard him once or twice make an offhand remark about lefties in general, but that's about it. Even at that, it was on his talk show, not on U4Prez itself. Two items, though, that are of interest concerning Efferiss. One, he has been able to keep himself unentangled in the various alliances and groups and unmentioned alliances and groups at U4Prez. Such a feat for someone who has been around as long as he has is remarkable, and as a result, he is unsullied. He'll talk about friends, but he doesn't go out of his way to defend them, and he won't make himself look foolish when said friend says something out of line. He knows the difference between friendship and blind loyalty. And two, he is willing to learn and evolve. Unlike virtually every other candidate, he realizes there are ways he can still grow and develop, and he is willing to listen to solid arguments and even incorporate them in his platform if they sound feasible. Everyone generally has their opinion, and they will either live or die by it, or they will pound you over the head with it until you buckle. Efferiss realizes something the rest of us tend to forget, that we are human, and a wise man is wise because he will freely admit he doesn't have all the answers.

TyroneCarr is newer, and his enthusiasm and want to be the best, right from the get-go, has already won me over. We've talked a couple of times, he sounds like the kind of young candidate that wants to make a positive impact NOW, and not wait. Having said that, he does not engage in negative campaigning, he doesn't have time for it. He leans right, but he is looking to be a good leader who happens to be a conservative than the other way around. He definitely wants to build a better platform, and he does want to win, but is not going to sell himself or anyone else out to accomplish this. He will rise and fall on his own merits. He is already well-equiped in his presentation skills, and not only is his profile first rate, so are his videos. He has a vision of himself, which truly helps, and if you can picture what it is you want to get done, it will get done, one way or another. I like Tyrone a lot, and I hope you consider him when the time comes.

The point of all this analysis of the many Republicans presented here is this: you don't have to pick the Hard Right bullies. You can and probably should ignore them altogether. They're two-faced hooligans who can only fight when they've got four or five to your one. They're not interested in talking politics; they are here to chase off opposition, one way or another, and if you dare to speak up against them, they'll chase you off as well. They are talking a big game THESE DAYS about cleaning up U4Prez, which is sort of like roaches talking about cleaning up a sewer. The place will be clean only if it is made over IN THEIR IMAGE, plain and simple. And that means ultraconservative and obedient.

Such thugs deserve to be marginalized.

I urge you to reconsider the leadership within the GOP. The party is not there at the pleasure of Kempite and Mduminiak. And you did not declare yourself Republican at U4Prez just to have to take your turn servicing them at the glory hole. They are not the GOP. YOU are!

Second Verse, Same as the First?

I sure hope Kempite knows what he's doing.

Lest I'm mistaken, Kempite, for reasons known only to him, has chosen to re-release the Striptease video, the video where, earlier this summer, at the height of animosities between him and me, he attempted to derail the Olivia campaign and put me in my place as the self-proclaimed whore that I am.

And lest I am still mistaken, a week later, I beat him in a run-off.

So I truly hope he has some sort of strategy in mind, because, for the life of me, I just don't see it.

The last time he pulled this movie out, he yanked it within just a couple of days. It was in direct competition with the Grinch video, my attack video on him. There they were, side by side. I got a lot of laughs out of the Grinch video. I even saw Kempite refer to himself as the Grinch for a while, even HE was amused by it. I learned a very valuable lesson concerning this episode: if you're going to attack, you will get a lot farther with humor than without it.

For someone who had relentlessly been called a whore every time I walked into the room, I was gaining a new audience. I took Kempite on, I took his best shot, and I fired back in a way that made others laugh instead of resent me. Even though all elections and vote counts are virtually worthless at this point, the fact that I beat him is no mistake. Kempite looked like the bully I was painting him to be, and Kempite took the very obvious approach and called me out on my prostitution.

Which is the biggest DUH in the history of U4Prez. It was all over my profile, just as it still is all over my MySpace profile. In fact, you can go there right now, to myspace.com/irresistibleolivia. Many a candidate has gone there, many a male candidate has ventured boldly into the blog section, where I have written some very lascivious articles. Quite a few gentlemen at U4Prez have approached me on those articles in a flirtatious manner.

These are things I not only never denied, they're an intricate part of who I am.

Hence, I always found it rather ridiculous for anyone to call me out on this. Olivia's a whore! Yeah, and...? It showed to all who were the lazy candidates, the ones who had no real ability to think. It took not one brain cell to fire to think of this one. It's out there, for all to deal with, the shiny bauble for the mouthbreathers to be fascinated with.

But, sure enough, when the argument would go sour for some dumb boy, he would play the whore card. As distasteful as my profession might have been, they had no problem making a bigger deal of it than I did. Calling me a whore was sort of like saying YO MAMA, it was their way of saying, I can't handle Olivia mentally, I'll hit below the belt and see if that works.

As all ad hominems, it failed. Every fucking time.

That's why it's so odd for Kempite to try this again. He already lost using this tactic.

I'm trying to fit myself into Kempite's skull on this one. He and his declare me such things as warped, dilusional, scatterbrained, obsolete. Why, then, if I am all these things, surely I would have worn out my welcome by now, eh? Why bother with a psychobitch hollering into the abyss? BigDaddy tells me I'm a nobody, then he comes here and twitched long and hard when I yank his string. Iron Lady, Hawk, Kempite, they comment, then say I'm not worth it, then comment again, then say they don't read. Mduminiak gets his camcorder out to tell me he's surrendering, and yet, my name is still in his mouth. I am one of those who believes actions speak louder than words; they can say I'm a nobody and try to brush me aside, but every action the Hard Right bullies take concerning Olivia proves otherwise.

So here is Kempite, looking around the U4Prez universe for signs of validation after he and his monkeyboy jilted their life partners to meet in a hotel room together one night and filmed a conversation about the same tired things they always talk about, and he sees that I was able to pin the video dead-on, without watching a single second of it. Wiz called the video--SIXTY-SEVEN MINUTES THEREOF--the gayest thing he had ever seen at U4Prez. That's not the first time he's made mention of Kempite's shenanigans in such a way, one time referring to the Kempite-Olivia war as (and I know I will screw this quote up) "a homo spending all his energy bashing a whore, which is farking illogical".

Is there anyone outside of Kempite's asskissing circle that actually gives him the pat on the back he is desperate for? For as much as he wants to try new things and present himself as someone with a shred of dignity, he sold that out a long time ago, without regret, and now he is longing for someone to tell him, hey, Anthony, that was a great idea, you got a good head on your shoulders. Has anyone other than his frothing bloodhounds ever said to him, yeah, Kempite, you really shut that whore up, you really socked it to her, this place is so much better when she shuts her slutty mouth up? I really can't envision the more classy candidates thanking him for shutting that bitch Olivia up, can you?

The sixty-seven-minute opus apparently got more ridicule than praise. What does Kempite have left in his nuclear arsenal to take on Olivia and her peashooter of a blog?

The Striptease video.

The definition of stupidity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. The last time he pulled this video out, he crippled his own campaign. Does he expect anything different?

Maybe he's going with the notion that it's two months down the road, there's a lot fo new faces, maybe this time it will work. Olivia's profile is no longer up. It will come out of nowhere. No one will read the subtitle to Kiss & Tell, "Campaign Callgirl Tells All". No one has ever seen her MySpace page--Lucky just asked me for an add, so if you want to go over there and see for yourself, I believe there are now 21 U4Prez candidates in my Top Friends, someone tell me if they can top that!

Kempite is in a very bad position. He knows I called the fix and it is a valid claim to make. He knows I have nothing to lose, and that is the worst thing to have to fight against. He tries to have it both ways, playing both the victim card and the attacker card at the same time, and he sucked at both. The Hard Right goons all claim they never read my blog, yet they always seem to pop their heads in, always leaving a comment when they just can't take it anymore. Kempite has backstabbed and lied and browbeaten himself into a corner, and he more than anyone is waiting, what the hell is Olivia going to say next?

Unless I'm just not seeing it, Kempite is proving once again that he thinks the collective candidates at U4Prez is stupid. He thinks it might actually work this time, that, for some reason, I will look at it and gasp in fright, saying to myself, Oh no, that crafty Kempite finally got me, who would have ever thought he would use the Striptease video a SECOND time? How will anyone ever give me the time of day again? I should go slit my wrists, golly, that Kempite, he surely got the best of me.

You know what I did the first--and only--time I saw this video? I pumped my fists in the air and laughed, saying to myself, is THIS the best he's got?

Is this the new strategy against Olivia, an ex-candidate who the Hard Right says with one face that she is a mean-spirited has-been who isn't worth their time, yet peeks in on her blog with the other face, occasionally posting and trying to derail her? After the hotel couch somewhere in eastern Pennsylvania, did Kemp and Mike go to a bar and chat about what their next move would be, and THIS is it?

I don't see this as anything but an incredibly bad move on his part, something I don't think he thought completely through.

Maybe this is his surrender, just like Mduminiak surrendered last week. If it is, it's awful cryptic. Maybe this is all a Fellini movie, and the Striptease video is supposed to represent the loss of innocence, the loss of ethics, hence the loss of a war. Kempite's Italian, surely he and his countryman might share a want for the abstract.

Someone help me on this one. If this was intended to shut me up, as I said, it not only didn't shut me up, first time around, it made him look horrid and vaulted me to a run-off victory over him. I didn't clam up back then, and I'm not going to clam up now.

Does THIS kind of campaign deserved to be rewarded, U4Prez candidates? Being nostalgic over failed attacks?

I encourage the U4Prez candidates to continue to distance yourselves from Kempite and his roving band of hooligans.

There's Gilligan's Island playing somewhere in the world. If the folks at U4Prez really want to watch worn-out re-runs, I'm sure they can watch Gilligan and the Skipper on Nick At Nite. Watching Gilligan get hit by the Skipper's cap when he botches another plan to get off the island has got to be smarter than any plot the Hard Right can come up with to foil Olivia and her little blog.
